Radiance villa was a ready built design when first received by BÖWE. At first, the design scope only included interior design. Yet, to have a complete design that co-relates between the interior and the exterior, BÖWE took responsibility modifying the exterior, achieving coherence. Radiance is a combination of modern and boutique design style. It includes several unique design spaces like the spa and the basement theater.
